The Loflin Middle School Honor Band claimed top prizes at the Region 30 UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation!

The band earned first division classifications in both the on-stage and sightreading portions of the contest. For the on-stage part, the band prepared with the music they played, while the sightreading section is music the band did not see before the event. The band received the Sweepstakes Awards, which is the highest recognition at a UIL contest.
